COPA News

Advertisements are welcome for the COPA Newsletter which reaches approximately 140 COPA members and other key individuals with each issue. This is a small circulation, but very select and especially good marketing prospects and exposure for your products and services.

Specifications:

Advertisements must be provided in Microsoft Word or “jpeg” format unless other arrangements are made with the editor, in black and white or graytone format suitable for ordinary photocopy reproduction, and ready for use without reformatting.

Rates: $100 per issue for one-quarter page ad (approx. 3.25 inches high by 4.25 inches tall); $50 for 3.25 inches wide by 2 inches tall; or otherwise as arranged in discussion with editor.

The COPA Board reserves the right to decide which advertisements are appropriate for inclusion in the COPA Newsletter.

Revised COPA Bylaws

5 March 2008 Update: On 5 March 2008, the COPA Board amended Article X, Section 6, Item A, by deleteing "collect, receive, deposit" as these functions are now handled by the Executive Director as a more efficient process. These changes will remain in effect until voted on at the next membership meeting at which a quorum is present. Click here for a PDF of the new Bylaws

14 March 2007 Update: On 24 Jan 2007, the COPA Board approved revisions to the Bylaws subject to ratification by the membership. Most changes were "housekeeping" in nature, but a significant change is to allow the membership to vote by mail and/or e-mail at the Board's discretion. On 14 March the Board added "telephone" to the options for the Board to conduct business. These changes will remain in effect until voted on at the next membership meeting at which a quorum is present.
